In order to use subtitles with Plex, you first need to make sure that the Plex Media Server correctly finds and matches your subtitles. If you’re using external subtitle files, you need to make sure they’re named appropriately and placed in the correct location. For embedded subtitles, make sure they have the language flag specified appropriately for the best compatibility.
